on your part, we take this trust very seriously and make it our highest
priority to ensure that you are comfortable and happy.
Below are our terms and conditions this is our obligation to you,
By placing an order with Hunniez the customer verifies that he/she is over the age if 18 years has read these Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order with Hunniez for Crossbow, Gun, knife or bladed tool the customer verifies that he/she is aware of the current UK Gun & Knife Laws.
These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Hunniez
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified goods will be dispatched within two working days of ordering and delivered between 7-14 days.
Returns & Order Cancellation
Hunniez has
a no hassle 10 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not
happy with your order we will fully refund the purchase value of any
item ordered within 10 days of receipt of the order. For us to refund
any purchase, items must be returned unused & free from damage
caused by use misuse or neglect. We cannot provide a full refund for
any item that is not returned with all its original packaging.
If you cancel your order after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Hunniez at your own cost. You must take care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Warranty
If the goods Hunniez delivers to you are not as ordered or are of incorrect
quantity or have a manufacturing fault, Hunniez will replace the damaged
or defective products or if replacement goods are not available, Hunniez
will issue a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment
Preferred payment for goods is PAYPAL. We will also accept cheque and Postal order with prior e mail to inform us this is how you would like to pay.
Overseas Customers.
Transactions are accepted only in Pounds Sterling.
Applicable Law
As
the internet allows access to the site from countries acting under
different laws differing from those of RS (anywhere outside England and
Wales), you agree that insofar as is allowed by any relevant
legislation or jurisdiction, English Law shall govern this contract and
any dispute under it.
